Made another apricot smoothie ! This time I used apple sauce instead of banana. Well, it's still not as sweet as I want. I think I get used to the tangy apricots. So I didn't try to add any sweeteners into my smoothie. All natural.

ripe apricots (app. 1/3 cup), peeled, pitted and chopped
1/2
cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2
cup unsweetened orange juice
If fresh apricots are a bit tart, why the dried apricots are sweeter? Added
sugar? Dehydrated? I should check the food labels and ingredients carefully before I buy any dried fruits.
