100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 41 (April 30)

Ate a healthy snack today (April 30).  An apple with peanut butter - same as what suggested from Smart snacks under 200 calories.  I love peanut butter so I ate more than 1 tablespoon.  Ooops, this snack is not under 200 calories.

1 apple                80 calories       0 g fat        0.4 g protein
(150 g) 
peanut butter     150 calories     12 g fat*      4.5 g protein
1.5 tbsp (22.5 g)

Total:                 230 calories     12 g fat*      4.9 g protein 
*Saturated fat 1.5 g

Should I  cut down on the peanut butter to 1 tbsp for snack?
