100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 52

bought and ate some dried white mulberries.  I learned about how to make a dried fruit crust when one of my friends used dried white mulberries and dates for the crust.  Another flour-free, gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, sugar-free and soy-free raw vegan crust.  So, I'm so eager to go to Bulk Barn to buy some mulberries.

Mulberry was listed as the latest superfood in 2013 at Dr. Oz's show.  I only see his show occasionally so I didn't know about this superfood until now.  According to Dr. Oz.com, white mulberry may help lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, prevent diabetes and protect our hearts. 

Dried white mulberries are sweet, soft and chewy at the inside and some of them are crunch at the outside.  So how nutritious is the dried mulberries I bought?
