my first Raw Vegan Chocolate Spread. I wanted to have something other than peanut
butter to eat with my rice cake for snack.
So, I just whisked up some Vegan Chocolate Spread quickly
and put the spread in the fridge. It's gluten-free,
soy-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
Raw Vegan Chocolate Spread Recipe
Ingredients
for app. 1/2 cup:
1/4
cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted if necessary
1/4
cup maple syrup
1
tbsp organic virgin coconut oil, melted
My
lazy way of making the Raw Vegan Chocolate Spread is:
- Mix cocoa powder in maple syrup.
- Add coconut oil into the mixture.
- Pour the spread into an air-tight container and store it in the fridge.
My
Chocolate Spread sure is sweet and taste good.
Is it healthy? So, I tried to do
the calculation of the basic nutrition values.
