Ate
some walnuts with my porridge. Today is National
Walnut Day in America. My sis and I celebrated
today by eating some in our bowls of porridge.
Well, to be honest with you, I didn't even know about National Walnut
Day. My sis wanted to have walnuts in
our porridge because they have a lot of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants! Walnut is a superfood!
