A gluten-free peanut butter and chestnut rice paper wrap roll

Got some cooked chestnut as a gift last week.  Today is the second time I made myself a gluten-free peanut butter and chestnut rice paper wrap roll.  A quick and easy no-cooking peanut butter protein snack to avoid the midday slump.
