100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 14

Made some Japanese steamed sponge cup cakes (mushi-pan).  They were moist and yummy.  My mum loved them, too.  I made them with my homemade oat flour and black rice flour.  Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, egg-free, nut-free, oil-free and sugar-free steamed cup cakes, my friends.  




This is how I make my homemade oat flour.  I'll post how I make my black rice flour soon.
