Made some dairy-free chocolate cups.
I made some dried cranberry with brown rice syrup and had 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of cranberry brown rice syrup sauce left over inside the fridge. So, I added cocoa powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to make chocolate cups with silicone muffin cups. Dairy-free, soy-free and refined sugar-free, my friends.
Really like the chocolate cups with a tint of red colour from the cranberry brown rice syrup sauce.
Why
did I cut it? I only want to eat 1/4 of
the chocolate cup per day. Too rich and too
sweet to eat the whole thing. Next
time I should make chocolate truffles instead.
