Carrot-Apple Cupcakes - A recipe from a local supermarket 2010

Here is another cupcake recipe for the upcoming Monday Feb 23 the National Cupcake Day.    On Monday, we are going to bake cupcakes, eat cupcakes and fundraise for SPCAs & Humane Societies across Canada.

Even though this recipe is from my pile of recipes everyone gave me, unlike other recipes I uploaded, this is a pretty recent one.   One of my relatives got it from a local supermarket.

I always thought those recipe cards we can take free of charge in any supermarkets are made by local supermarkets.  After reading the fine prints and checking out website on the recipe card today, I found out those recipe cards are made by a marketing company.
