100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 61

Found this photo from my old memory stick today.  Perfect timing for the first episode of MasterChef USA (CTV / Fox) !  My mum thought we have to wait for September to watch the original MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay.  No, mum, it's today.  Yeah!

100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 48

Found a book from the back of my bookshelf today.  I didn't know I have such a good book about smoothie at home collecting dust.  It is called Smoothies ! by Stella Murphy.  A book with lovely colourful pictures, good recipes and simple directions.  How could I not use this book years ago !!!  I guess it's the cold drinks make me lose my body heat issue that prevent me from using this excellent book.

100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 30 (April 19)

Found a free Kindle book about Spiralizer Cooking on April 19.  Ooops, I'm 1 day behind.  Of course, with recipe of sweet potato noodles, my friends.  This book is called Spiralizer Cookbook: Helps You Get the Slim Body of Your Dreams and it is written by Vanessa Raw.

In its "Sweet Potato Red Roasted Luscious Cream Sauce" recipe, sweet potato noodles are sautéed until crisp and tender.  Yeah, it is not 100% raw.  Then, I can eat it without any worry.  Yeah !  The recipe is great but no photo of this dish in the book.

100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 20

Read a Kindle free cookbook today.  It's called Zucchini Recipes: A Collection of Raw Food Recipes (WITH PICTURES) that are Low-Fat and Full of Flavor by Melissa Brandes.

My mum doesn't like to eat raw zucchini and many recipes in this cookbook are made with a dehydrator which we don't have.  So, I have never tried the recipes in the cookbook.  Today, I read this cookbook again and found two good recipes; Zucchini Chips and Zucchini Noodles.  I know, I know these are not special recipes.  Hear me out.

Do you want Al Gore or Haylie Duff read a book to your children?

We all know reading to children is good for them.  When we are busy, we can count on Al Gore or many American actors to read to our children.  It is not a dream, my friends.
