Just downloaded 2 free Kindle Paleo Slow Cooker Cookbooks from 168 Publishing. I used to get email newsletter from this publisher weekly, I think. Now, it sends me free Kindle cookbook newsletter almost every morning. Well, I guess this is good news for us. Free cookbooks!!

See how easy to change the URL from one Amazon store to another one. Just change the ".com" to ".ca" or other country's domain name. This make searching an item from one Amazon store to another country's Amazon store easier.

I've friends in China but these books are not available in Amazon China. I thought if you publish a Kindle book globally, everyone in the world can buy it. I guess it's not true.

100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 81

Read a free Kindle ebook about hand reflexology today.  After my mum gave me a Wooden Foot Roller Massager last Friday (100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 77), one of my friends let me read her over 300 pages hand and foot reflexology book.  It is an excellent detailed and illustrated reference book.

But the ebook I read today Hand Reflexology: A Complete Guide for Hand Reflexology Self Massage by Vidya Fischer is short and sweet.

Just enough info for hand reflexology beginner like me.  We can massage our hands while waiting in line or waiting for a bus.  But we can't do the same with our feet.  So, knowing hand reflexology should be more beneficial for us than foot reflexology.  Specially, we get the same health benefit massaging our feet or our hands.

The only illustration in this ebook is a hand reflexology chart of the palm of both hands.  Well, I would like to have more illustrations, though.  At least one more for the back of both hands.

Superfoods Today Body Care by Don Orwell

I check Kindle website daily hope to download this ebook free.  The price of this book jumped from $2.99 to over $3.00 weeks ago.  But this morning Superfoods Today Body Care was $0.00 !

Hope I can find useful recipes for good and natural treatment; especially for my hair.  Instead of using store bought hair products, I will try to make my own.  Of course I'll use up my Aveeno shampoo and conditioner I mentioned in 100 Happy Days Challenge - Day 71 first.

A review for this free Kindle ebook?  I'll update it after I finished reading the book.
