What?? Say again??
If we have to celebrate today by
napping, why do we go to work?
Well, according to my friend, the
Festival of Sleep Day is created for us to relax after the hectic Holiday
season.
Why not observe it on Jan 2nd but on Jan
3rd, then?
I guess it's because Jan 2 is National
Buffet Day, so, no one wants to lie down after he / she ate a lot.
For people like me who don't observe
the National Buffet Day, should we move the Festival of Sleep Day to Jan 2? What's
the history behind The Festival of Sleep Day, anyways?
My friend doesn't know much about
this day. Even the good old Goggle search didn't give me the exact origin of
this day. Does anyone know when and how it was started?
Well, I know lack of sleep will slow down
our brains' reaction time. Students won't be able to study well and workers
can't be productive. If we don't have enough sleep for a long period of time,
we will gain weight!! Yes, sleep longer every night can make you slimmer and healthier.
How many hours should we sleep daily?

If you don't get enough sleep today /
tonight, March 17, 2017 is World Sleep Day. More reason to get more sleep on
that day. Yeah!!
I'm going to sleep early tonight. Say
