Irish Rose and Alcoholess Irish Rose with Sparkling Rosewater

Last night one of my friends gave me her version of alcoholess Irish Rose.  Instead of 7up or sprite, she makes the drink with sparkling water and rosewater.  I think I will try it next time.

Non-Alcoholic Cocktails for St. Patrick's Day

Some people asked me why we are having a St. Patrick's Day party tonight.  Why not?  The St. Patrick's Parade in Montreal will take place in the coming Sunday March 22, 2015.  If Irish Canadians don't have any objection about this, why we, non-Irish Canadians, can't enjoy our homemade Irish drinks tonight?
