Many of my friends told me there are too many tips
that they just can’t keep up. Some of them told me they just can’t use all of
the tips.
But
my friends, you don’t have to incorporate all the tips at once.
Just pick the ones that are suitable for your daily life.

Keep a Gratitude Journal
Use your Gratitude Journal to record and
remind yourself of the good thing you enjoy every day. Some people think
gratitude journal is for spiritual or religious people. But your gratitude
journal has nothing to do with spirituality or religion. It has everything to
do with well-being and changing your life for the better.
